- Question: Are Pepper & Pop clothes authentic?
- Answer: Yes. We source exclusively from premium retailers like Nordstrom. All items are hand-inspected to ensure they are authentic brands like Free People, Madewell, and Topshop.
- Question: What is the condition of the items?
- Answer: Most items are New With Tags (NWT) or New Without Tags (NWOT), which may have been store returns. A very small subset of the items have minor flaws (missing button), makeup mark (from customer trying on), etc. and these items are explicitly identified as Perfectly Imperfect (*PI) with a italicized explanation of the issue within the production description. We rigorously inspect every piece for flaws and list the exact condition on the product page.
- Question: Do you accept returns?
- Answer: Yes! We offer returns for Store Credit (free return shipping) or original payment refunds (buyer pays shipping). In the unlikely event the product does not match the website product description, Pepper & Pop will work to resolve and will accept responsibility of return shipping.
