Pepper & Pop Shipping Policy

Pepper & Pop is committed to providing prompt and reliable shipping services.

Standard Shipping: Orders will be shipped within three business days of purchase.

Expedited Shipping: For expedited processing, items will be shipped on the next business day if possible if the order number is provided to support@pepperandpop.com.

Extended Processing Times: In rare instances when staff are unavailable, extended processing times will be communicated in advance, and a discount will be offered as compensation.

Tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped. In the unlikely event of a lost package, Pepper & Pop will issue a full refund.
